Topic : Stress , Success & Time Management

We are extremely grateful that Mrs. Prionka Ray a Singapore based author, facilitator and communication consultant visited our center and delivered talk on Stress , Success & Time Management .

The Workshop was conducted by BECT on 22-Aug-2019 at 153, New Civic Center, Bhilai. The talk was on how to be successful in life, how to handle the stress and how to do time management. The talk was attended by 60 students of various government schools. In the session Mrs. Prionka also answered various questions of the students.

Ms. Prionka is involved in various community programmes. A TED Ed speaker, and Founding Director of Sequel, she has delivered talks and conducted workshops (Self-esteem, Creative Communication, Creative Problem solving, Parenting etc.) in Singapore, Hong Kong and India. She is also the Managing Partner for Little Events and Founder, InGroup Support Group for Youth. She mentors adults and families through Enable a Family Programme and through Sequel mentoring sessions. Prionka is a Volunteer-Mentor to teens-at-risk with the Ministry of Social & Family Development (MSF), Singapore.

Surprise visit of District Education Officer (DEO)

A surprise visit of District Education Officer (DEO) , Durg Shri. Pravas Singh Baghel to X’perts coaching where we are providing Free JEE & NEET coaching to 60 underprivileged students of class-11th and 12th.

The DEO was overwhelmed by our works, He appreciated our works & projects. Later on the DEO interacted with the students, done a motivational session.
The DEO was very much impressed by the initiative taken by BECT.

Health Awareness Program

Adequate and proper Nutrition is an important aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, it is essential to promote an awareness of the nutrients contained in foods in relation to their roles in body maintenance, growth, health, and disease prevention in humans.

A General Health check-up/ Health & nutrition awareness program was conducted by BECT for our students preparing for the academic exams.

We are grateful that Ms. S. Annamma with her team from “Nutrition Center” enriched our students with importance of good food, gut health and role of water in our day to day living. They also evaluated the health of BECT students and helped them with their queries.

Master class on how to prepare for IIT/NEET exam

The students in BECT’s 42 program were extremely fortunate to be visited by Mr. Alok Sharma and Mrs. Rachna Sharma from New York.

Alok Sharma is living a life of which most Bhilai students dream. He has grown up in Bhilai, secured second position in JEE (1987), studied at IIT Kanpur (Computer Science) and IIM Ahmedabad. After his studies, he was selected by Lehman brothers to work as a Bond trader and he now works in a hedge fund called Millennium Partners as a risk and portfolio manager. His wife Rachna Sharma is an inspiration too. Despite having studied from a Hindi medium Government School, she also went to IIT Kanpur and did a B.TECH in Aeronautical Engineering.

During their personal visit to Bhilai recently they spent quality time with our students, motivating, guiding and encouraging them for the upcoming JEE/NEET exams. This event took place at 8:30 AM on the 20th of December 2017 at XPert Classes, New Civic Centre in Bhilai.

Alok and Rachna gave their insights on how to be successful in life and answered many questions posed by the inquisitive students. The discussion ranged from shlokas of the Mahabharata to synaptic pruning to how to handle distractions of guests and social media. It was not only an enriching morning but was a refreshing event too. The event was attended by 42 students of various government schools, Barchiya sir and Mahto sir of Xpert Classes and Mr Sajeev Sudhakaran.

How to handle the stress of studies, exams and result.

The students in JEE- NEET program got lucky once again!

Very renowned and popular Dr. Pramod R Gupta, Director of CIIMHANS (Central India institute of mental health and neuro sciences) visited the centre on Sunday morning to spend time with the students.

Doctor Gupta shared tips on “How to handle the stress of studies, exams and result” with our JEE- NEET students. In the interactive session Dr. Pramod also answered various questions of the students. He was playful and candid with students and spoke to them as a friend.

The event was basically organized by Team BECT so that our students can keep the confidence level high and stress levels low for the upcoming JEE/NEET exams. This event took place at 8:30 AM on the 18th of February 2018 at XPert Classes, New Civic Centre in Bhilai.

The talk was attended by 42 students of various government schools, Mr. Barchiya and Mr. Mahto of Xpert Classes and Mr Sajeev Sudhakaran.
